At OCOP.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of delivery.
7-Day Return Window - No questions asked for eligible items

- • Unused items in original packaging
- • Items with all tags attached
- • Defective or damaged products
- • Wrong item received
- • Items significantly different from description
Not Eligible for Return
- • Perishable goods (food items)
- • Customized or personalized items
- • Intimate or sanitary goods
- • Items without original packaging
- • Items used or altered after delivery
How to Request a Return
Go to My Orders
Log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders"
Select the Order
Find the order containing the item you wish to return
Request Return
Click "Request Return" and provide reason for return
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it back using our provided label
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund. Here's what to expect:
* For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
